Job Description:

Our company was contracted to provide comprehensive audio-visual solutions for a corporate lunch event. The event required high-quality audio, video, and lighting setups to ensure seamless presentations, panel discussions, and keynote speeches. Our team was responsible for the setup, operation, and packdown of all AV equipment required for the corporate lunch address.

We provided a lectern with a gooseneck microphone and a number of wireless lapel microphones for the event. This was all connected to our PA system and our experienced audio operator managed all audio components of the event, including an mp3 record, and background music between presentations and before/after the show.

We ran the presentations and videos through a Roland V160 Streaming switcher which is capable of sending multiple video signals and composed views to multiple outputs. We patched into the internal house projectors and screens for this event, and our vision operator ensured everything ran smoothly from operations.

The event ran seamlessly. Great work IHAV!
