For over eight years, our company has enjoyed a close partnership with a prominent national client in the education sector, organising large-scale educational events that draw significant online and in-person audiences. These multi-day events are characterised by high-level audio-visual requirements, featuring renowned guest speakers and subject matter experts across various fields.
Our role as the trusted AV and digital solutions provider for these events is pivotal. We deploy cutting-edge technology and skilled operators who play a crucial role in orchestrating seamless presentations. This includes a sophisticated setup with dual static cameras plus a roving camera capturing every angle, multiple foldback monitors displaying essential information such as timers and presentation notes, and integration of Zoom seminar feeds for remote presenters. In-room presentations are complemented by direct-from-stage feeds and dual screens for optimal audience engagement.
The audio setup is equally robust, featuring a mix of lapel, headset, and catchbox microphones to ensure clear communication and audience interaction. Our operators enhance the experience further by incorporating pre-programmed stabs, entry songs, and custom sound bites that elevate the atmosphere of the event.
