Our company serves as the trusted audio-visual partner for a national client within the medical industry, delivering robust hybrid solutions tailored to their needs. Our role involves orchestrating complex AV setups that integrate seamlessly with their streaming infrastructure. This includes managing a composed view through VMix for their streaming server, facilitating presentations from each guest on stage, followed by interactive Q&A sessions. Each event features a dual digital lectern setup, customized to reflect the branding of the specific occasion. Throughout these engagements, our skilled MC guides the flow of the evening, ensuring smooth transitions and engaging interactions.
Our partnership with this client spans over two years, during which we have successfully executed 70 events to date. The nature of these gatherings demands meticulous attention to detail, particularly in live switching and technical operations handled by our experienced stream operators.
